Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa

A stylish 121-room resort on Singapore’s Sentosa Island, Amara Sanctuary Resort has uniquely retained elements of Singapore’s colonial architectural heritage, and combined this with contemporary design, a tropical landscape and a modern, casual yet elegant style. Shutters is an elegant all day restaurant serving contemporary Asian and Western dishes. The restaurant boasts a romantic outdoor terrace area with a breathtaking view of the Amara skylight feature and an open-concept kitchen where diners can watch the chefs work their magic.

An award-winning Thai restaurant reowned for its exceptional service and authentic contemporary Royal Thai Cuisine. It is renowned for its cuisine and impeccable service, Thanying features a menu of contemporary Royal Thai delicacies designed by Thai celebrity chef Chalie Amatyakul.

Si Bon

An exquisite Japanese restaurant in oldest chapel on the island. It offers exceptionally high-quality deep-fried skewered Japanese cuisine called Kushikatsu, for just 13 guests indoors and 10 outdoor at any one time. A first in Singapore.

Silk Road of the Sea
