Course outline
This workshop is designed to help and assists managers and team members with dealing with cross-cultural issues, like concept of cultural awareness, cultural sensitivity and cross-cultural competencies.
In the meantime, we are also emphasizing that cross-cultural management is more than just dealing with or managing cultural traits. It is about seeing beyond the differences, listening to the human, being able to see and feel what is not obvious, wanting to blend and merge and understanding the positive intention beyond most actions though it is seldom obvious.
