East Coast Beach Park

Situated on the south-eastern part of the island, East Coast Park is the largest and the most popular park in Singapore. The Themed “Recreation for All”, this park offers a wide range of facilities – be it food, recreation, entertainment and sports – for the enjoyment of all, from the young to the old, for the outdoor, active types to the passive. Bowling alleys, golf driving range, holiday chalets, restaurants and hawker centre can all be found in this park.

Come to the park during weekends, sit under the swaying coconut palms, Casuarinas and Ketapangs, and enjoy having your picnics with your families or friends. Sit back and let the cool sea breeze and the sounds of the waves ease your troubles away.

Activities:

For those looking for action, there are water-sports – offered by the Sailing Club and the People’s Association, cycling and in-line skating, rented by concessionaires at a low fee. In the evenings, bring your families and friends down for a barbecue and overnight camping.
