Our Approach:

Our approach to deal with such may corporate challenges is to approach them in 4 dimensions:

1. Thinking – The Mindsets of the sales people/leaders makes a lot of difference. Willing to take responsibility instead of blaming of feeling like a victim of circumstances is vital

2. Feeling - This is the whole dimension of the heart. We believe that the heart of the problem is the problem of the heart. The sales folk need to develop an emotional intelligence and skills which will help them navigate this challenge. They need to deepen their ability to build relationships and shift from ‘communication’ to ‘conversation’ – there is a science and an art here.

3. Action - Ultimately, its a question of putting all the insights and skills learnt into robust action.

4. Greatness – We believe that radical shifts happen when we are able to inspire people to shift into their greatness.. their essence. Like Covey’s 8th habit is about shifting from ‘effectiveness’ to greatness.. and that’s a vital dimension that enriches our program.
