No matter how efficiently designed a team may be, if it is not given the right impetus and focus, it cannot expand to excel. On the other hand, there is a strong possibility that it may actually fall apart.

Good leadership, cannot by itself, win this battle.

Outdoor Management Training and development (OMD) is emerging as a popular team building option, because challenges faced together in neutral environments allow relaxation; yet teach adaptation, flexibility, leadership and trust. They provide the opportunity to explore relationships and focus on depths of people hitherto not exposed in the confines of the office.

Team activities in new environments, that challenge the teams to Blue Sky thinking, show up traits and attitudes that teams have not recognized in each other.
