Having fun even when you do not win any prizes. Is this possible this year ?

Each year come the headache for the committee to organize the Diner and Dance.

With a constant shrinking budget, fighting with venues and menus has become a standard practice and finding lucky draw prizes is now the new hunt. Companies have asked their suppliers, customers, partners to contribute but not all the industries have appealing year-end prizes.

So when you have no great prizes and no five star venues, how could you convince your staff to come to have fun? Be creative, and host it outdoors, the stars will provide you the best background, the sea the best sound system and the wind the best atmosphere.
