Ludovic Odier, Founder and CEO of OIA has been running over 200 training and teambuilding programs. Ludovic was awarded with the title Best French Entrepreneur of the year in Singapore in 2004. He is graduated from ESSEC Business school of Management in France and has been traveling around Asia for the past 10 years to set up export missions for French companies in Thailand, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and China. Brand Manager for a pharmaceutical company, he was in charge of the sales department and reps. Graduated with a Master in Philosophy, he is also in charge of the creating written documents and debriefing procedures of the OutdoorInAsia tailor-made teambuilding and Treasure Hunts.  He combines analytical skills and vast practical experience in problem solving, group behavioral dynamics and understanding.

Himal Ruparel, is Director of Organizational Learning with OIA Learning. A Certified ACTA (Singapore) trainer with 15 years of corporate experience most spent in leadership positions. Himal has spent the last five years actively in the field of soft skills training, leadership facilitation and teambuilding for Corporates in India and Singapore. She has helped organizations in their vision of creating communities of excellence among their people, and empowered individuals to become leaders. A published writer and Writers’ works shop leader trained in the AWA Methodology with Amherst Writers &Artists, USA, she is believes that every individual can be facilitated to reach their highest potential.

Kiran Gulrajani, Co-founder President of Eternale Learning. He has designed and facilitated over 340 programs over the last 5 years. His programs have touched people in more than 60 leading companies & 6000 people in diverse sectors. His singular contribution has been developing over 500 facilitators and leaders at senior levels in major organizations..






MD Shah, is able to work with teams ranging from small to very large groups. As head of the OIA operations team, Shah has a deep understanding of the activities, giving the versatility and capability to turn an event from good to great. His business background adds value to his facilitation.Having traveled extensively in the region, and organized numerous retreats over the years, Shah’s understanding of the terrains lends an added dimension to his facilitation. Shah is a Full time facilitator with OIA and also Head of the Operations team.




Medard Gabel, CEO of BigPicture Consutling, has developed and delivered programs for corporate andgovernment clients around the world including Motorola, IBM, General Motors, Novartis, Chase Manhattan Bank, the United Nations and the U.S. Congress.










William Hui, Singaporean, A Lecturer in International Business Transactions at the Law School in NUS in the early 1970’s. He was trained at the University of California at Berkeley (LL.M., 1971) and at the Harvard Law School (LL.M., 1976). He loves to train, teach or facilitate by way of storytelling, drama and singing.
