Ludovic Odier, founder and CEO of OIA, Ludovic has been running over 200 training and teambuilding programs. Ludovic was awarded with the title Best French Entrepreneur of the year in Singapore in 2004.  His passion is personal development, through discovery and education. He graduated from ESSEC Business school of Management with an MBA in France and from Nanterre University with a Master in Philosophy. He has been traveling around Asia for the past 20 years, has set up export missions for French companies in Thailand, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and China. Product Manager for a pharmaceutical company, he was in charge of the sales department and reps with a specialty for the cardiovascular market.

Sudhir Nair, Currently, Director of Learning with OIA, specialising in designing, developing and delivering soft skills programs for Fortune 500 clients. Having worked in various sales and consultancy positions in a diverse range of industries, he has honed his communication skills, which he now takes great pleasure in effectively imparting to others. His delivery style is highly interactive and facilitative. Believing strongly that human behaviour drives processes, his workshop and training sessions are delivered to maximise learner development, and creating positive behaviour changes, especially in the workplace. His greatest strength is his ability to simplify complex processes so that it is easily understood. Besides classroom based training programs, his interactive style has also been effective for outdoor type teambuilding events. Clients like Wearnes, Shell and Hilton have all benefited from his expertise and approach to delivery. His educational background has been in human resource development, having also achieved ACTA certification. As a life – long learner, he believes that learning is an on- going process and is now pursuing an Executive MBA, with the Birmingham Business School.

Mahesh Balani has been a consultant in leadership and teamwork for 20 years and a trainer within the corporate environment for over 10 years. His dynamic, activity-based training style has also opened the door to him becoming a motivational speaker and professional Emcee for many corporate and public conferences and events. He specialises in facilitating team building, creative thinking and innovation workshops, adventure based learning, and leadership. His effective communication style and presentation skills enables him to maximise participation and engagement. Mahesh challenges mindsets, beliefs and attitudes while supporting positive changes in new behaviours with groups and individuals.

André Ahchak, A familiar face in the media industry in Singapore, with 20 years experience as a television and radio presenter, Andre is a talented  corporate trainer, that can double up as a public relations consultant and lecturer. As Consultant in Public Relations with Hill and Knowlton (SEA) Pty Ltd., André created business opportunities and his client wins included Seagate Technology as a major new client for the company.  Other Singapore organizations that have benefited from André’s media and training expertise include NETS (Network for Electronic Transfers Singapore), the Monetary Authority of Singapore, the National University Hospital and Sentosa Development Corporation.

MAHADI MASHURI, A talented individual, Facilitator & Emcee as well, gifted with inter-personal skills and a great sense of entertainment, Mahadi is the perfect facilitator for fun and relax teambuilding. His laughter and good mood are contagious and will put every body at ease. His experience will allow him to bring about relevant learning derived from practical experience out of the many OIA games. Enjoy and have fun. Acting in theatre dramas since the age of 12, he won the best Host Award- MEDIA CORPS, Suria Channel Anugerah 12 in 1999. He definitely has the capability to set your guests at ease. His bubbly talent and his vast experience had won numerous project and jobs in the entertainment industry. He host projects from fun family days for Tangling Club, Holland Club, NTUC, Mediacorps & SATS, products launches for Telecommunication companies such as Singtel, M1, NOKIA & Sony Ericsson. He is also a frequent Road shows Emcee for Standard Chartered, DBS, CITIBANK, California Fitness and many more.
