Ludovic Odier, founder and CEO of OIA, Ludovic has been running over 200 training and teambuilding programs. Ludovic was awarded with the title Best French Entrepreneur of the year in Singapore in 2004. His passion is personal development, through discovery and education. He graduated from ESSEC Business school of Management with an MBA in France and from Nanterre University with a Master in Philosophy. He has been traveling around Asia for the past 20 years, has set up export missions for French companies in Thailand, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and China. Product Manager for a pharmaceutical company, he was in charge of the sales department and reps with a specialty for the cardiovascular market.
Mahesh Balani has been a consultant in leadership and teamwork for 20 years and a trainer within the corporate environment for over 10 years. Vincent , A former head of Character Development in an International School, he has organized many holistic and experiential learning programs developing the minds and characters of the future generation in his own unique engaging style which motivates and inspires them. A teacher by profession for 7 years, he has successfully run a Student Council program, organizing Leadership training camps to train young leaders. His passionate desire to nurture the future generation is what makes him who he is today. He is a well-trained outdoor instructor for high elements, camp-craft, and a qualified first-aider.
André Ahchak, A familiar face in the media industry in Singapore, with 20 years experience as a television and radio presenter, Andre is a talented corporate trainer, that can double up as a public relations consultant and lecturer. As Consultant in Public Relations with Hill and Knowlton (SEA) Pty Ltd., André created business opportunities and his client wins included Seagate Technology as a major new client for the company.
