- While within the “micro-world”, participants encounter structured learning experiences in which behaviors, interpersonal relationships, interactions and decision-making styles are mirrored back in the form of recognizable patterns and dynamics.
- In micro-worlds that accurately reflect organizational settings, people learn together by conducting experiments that they would rarely attempt to conduct in their “real” community.
Challenges & Mass Groups

Participants will have to – step by step and collaboratively – organize themselves and plan in order to meet the objectives. This will be supported and facilitated by the organizers by:
