Outdoorinasia is launching its Post-Sars Rebooster Program "the Boot camp" for managers and team leaders, its new teambuilding leadership program in response to the needs of Human Resources Department to boost the moral of their staff, OIA said.

The program aims to rebuilt confidence among the team, lift the gloomy mood and encourage leaders to take their role. Leadership is coping with changes and make the best of it. Companies need to have strong leaders to show the way to recovery.

OIA is made up of trained professionals and experts who design teambuilding and individual enhancement programmes around activities like horse riding, sailing, trekking, scuba diving, four-wheel drive and motorbike expeditions. Each programme provide quality instruction, easy access, as well as short trips that combine training expeditions and adventure travel.
