Here we break the ice and the team co-creates the agenda, get to know each other at a deeper level. We use different processes e.g. At times we get people to create a skit/song/dance based on their strengths/gifts and share with the larger group. At the end of this session people are more enthusiastic and by and large the ‘been there done that’ kind of a feeling begins to dissolve.
We also bring in a vital aspect – Appreciation- which enables a bonding, a building of self-esteem (at the bottom of all problems and also a solution to all challenges- personal and organizational)
Session 2: Redefining Success, Growth. Building Relationships
Through small group discussion we would enable people to reframe what success is. Beyond the narrow confines of how it is ordinarily defined. And then a powerful dialogue which reveals the 4 dimensions as an Aha! -each of them at multiple levels of attitude, skill and being- which can result in masterful relationship as a leader with their teams, colleagues and seniors- and even beyond work- in the personal zone.
