HRD refers to continuous development of organizational staff to upgrade skills and competencies or keep up with current and evolving techniques and technologies. This involves vocational or practical skills, knowledge and experience, which may be function based and/or life skills using multiple intelligences.

OIA Learning programs are designed in the form of modules of half-day to 1 day. Each program comprises 3 to 9 modules and will last between half a day to 3 days. To ensure the programs are effective, OIA Learning consultants will meet with you to understand your requirements and customize the modules appropriately for relevance.

Each module has thoroughly designed experiential activities that will make learning engaging and meaningful.
